Furthermore, some notorius spammer, who pirates others' domain names, has used ours lately. Thus, some spam has gone out over the Net as "xxzcwv@equinoxphotographic.com" or the like. Our real address is only staff@equinoxphotographic.com

Please send payment by check or money order. Postal money order is quickest. Calls or email can hold items. Payment by Paypal is no longer accepted. No COD.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS ARE WELCOME! We ship out of the country to CANADA, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc. every week. We take care of all paperwork.

Shipping and insurance extra: this is billed at cost, minimum $2. Shipping mostly by Priority Mail [USA] or Airmail if to other countries. Note for US buyers: we routinely use Post Office Delivery Confirmation. This advises when a package is delivered, and allows it to be tracked. If you wish insurance or signature confirmation, please advise - this costs extra. We cannot be responsible for Post Office mishaps or loss, although this happens so rarely as to seldom be a problem.

We pack very carefully**.

USED ITEMS FROM SITE: Seven day return priviledge - for any reason - from receipt if in same condition as shipped. Shipping costs not refunded. Returned item must be shipped within 3 days of authorization. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but will help as much as possible with insurance claims [if items are insured]. That being said, the U.S. Post Office has been quite reliable. Almost all claims have been because item arrived at purchaser's end and pickup notice has been lost or misplaced.

NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Plans and literature items NOT returnable. Auction items NOT returnable unless incorrect. Note: our lists change at least weekly.

ITEMS LISTED AS NEW [if any]: Guaranteed not DOA. Warranties through manufacturer. Not returnable unless DOA [not working directly from box because of a manufacturer's defect]. Contain all instructions and cards from factory, unless otherwise stated.

**PACKING: We use recycled packing material. This is environmentally sound and does not add to the already huge amount of plastic in landfills.

"HOLD" placed on a description: means someone has tenatively ordered the item. However, you are welcome to ask about it, as some orders do not complete.

CONDITION:

Excellent, Excellent+ and mint mean pretty much the same as you see elsewhere, but could use a little explaining: Mint in newer items means never used. The same term in collectables means extremely clean, and probably never put into use; at least there aren't any such signs present. Generally, excellent+ in a collector sense means no dings, but excellent may have a minor one.
